Export Sales Manager – Latin America & South Africa
UK Based - Extensive Travel£50,000 - £55,000
In the position of Export Sales Manager you will represent one of the world’s most successful motorcycle manufacturers in Latin America and South Africa pursuing the achievement of the company’s stated commercial and strategic objectives.
Travelling for between one to two weeks per month, you will be responsible for the commercial development and performance of the brand, including setting key business goals for the company and its distributors, which you will drive and support them to achieve.
Experienced in international business, you will need to demonstrate you have experience of managing and developing a distribution or dealer network at a national or international level.
Probably educated to degree level, you will be able demonstrate how you have built very strong relationships and ensured growth through the provision of marketing and sales support.
You will have experience of proposing appropriate promotional activities to distributors or dealers; monitor its implementation and ensuring that all activities are in keeping with corporate brand standards.
You will, of course, be able to communicate in Spanish, demonstrate a successful track record, a high level of flexibility or adaptability and possibly a passion for motorcycles!

Essential skill requirements:
- Proven track record in sales within the motorcycle/automotive industry or similar.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- International businesses experience.
- Excellent Communication and Social Skills.
- Capable of building and maintaining relationships.
- Business/Dealer Development Experience.
- Negotiation skills.
- Can demonstrate that they are enthusiastic and passionate about what they do.
- Flexible to take on a variety of tasks.
- Able to analyse sales data to spot trends and opportunities.
- Motorcycle Licence.
- Business to business sales.
